Since upgrading drupal a while back, the module that was providing the "Web Resources" page was limping along, not providing any useful links. That has been fixed by converting the links over to a new module. The format is very similar, but now all of the links should reolve correctly. If you have any links that you would like to post, just let us know, or sign up for a user account.
