Well, it seems that there are some serious issues with the previous theme that we have been using here, and the three column layout under IE. Thanks to jmweems for pointing that out. So, for the time being, until an improved DBW theme can be created, the site has been switched over to the chameleon theme. More to come soon on the details of the errors.
